Margin tapers by quantity/spreads to match your original PDF pricing exactly (roughly 70-85% at 25 pcs down to 50-73% at 500 pcs, depending on stock). Bindery (fold/stitch/trim) runs inline on the same press, so its machine time is charged at the same labor+lease rate as printing — there's no separate bindery cost or profit line, it's all rolled into one blended margin per job. Minimum Job Time is a real cost floor — every booklet job ties up the press for at least this long (setup + print + bindery combined), same as a shop minimum. It's baked into cost directly, so margin is what tapers to keep matched-table prices exact. Edit BOOKLET_MARGIN_TABLE in the file directly if the underlying pricing changes, or ask Claude to update it.

No historical pricing to match here, so Packets uses a straight cost + target margin (no tapered table). Cost = paper + clicks (per side) + press time (setup + print run) + staple fee (flat per job — hand-stapled on a separate small machine regardless of quantity) + drill flat fee when checked. Minimum Job Time floors the press time only, same idea as Booklets but lighter since there's no bindery step.
